Carl Tinsley coached girls basketball at Oregon City High School for 26 years. He became the head coach in 1998 with the departure of Brad Smith. He was the co-head coach of the Oregon City girls basketball team (along with Brad Smith). He now serves as the Tournament Director for the prestigious End of the Oregon Trail summer tournaments. Carl has developed close ties with many college coaches throughout the nation and has helped many players get the recognition that led them to numerous college scholarships.
